HISTORY

The Hotel “Zur Post” boasts a long history dating back at least to the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. In fact, a tavern was already in operation at this location as early as 1700.

The history of the Gasthof is extremely varied and integrated into the rich history of the municipality of Ismaning.

A certain Isidor Soller from Geisenhausen in the Hallertau acquired the former “Altwirt” in Ismaning.
